Privacy Policy

This is the complete list of what BlitzGremlin (operated by Robot Mode, San Diego, California) stores about you, why, and how to get rid of it.
What we store
- Your email address — it is your account. Used for sign-in links, purchase receipts, and (only if you opted in on the waitlist) one launch announcement.
- Imported league data — league settings, rosters, draft picks, and the public display names of your league-mates, pulled from your fantasy platform when you import a league.
- Yahoo connection tokens — only if you connect a Yahoo league; deleted when you disconnect or delete your account.
- Season pass records — that you bought a pass, for which season, and the PayPal transaction reference. Your card or PayPal details go to PayPal and never touch our servers.
- Feedback you send and basic operational logs (requests, errors). Logs reference accounts by internal ID, not email.
Pages you paste
Leagues without a live feed are read from pages you copy and paste: your league’s settings, rosters, matchups, transactions and pending claims. We keep each pasted page together with what our reader made of it, so that a page shape we have never seen can be fixed rather than guessed at. The newest twenty of each kind per league are kept; they are only ever looked at by the operator to diagnose the readers, and they are deleted with your account.
Support access
To answer a support request or track down a bug, the operator can see the site as your account sees it. That view is read-only: it cannot change your leagues, settings or purchases. It ends after an hour, and each one is logged.
Where AI fits
Recommendation text is generated by AI models running on our own servers. Your league data is not sent to third-party AI providers. If that ever changes, this policy will say so before it does.
What we don’t do
- No selling or sharing of your data. Ever.
- No advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
- No marketing email. You get transactional email (sign-in links, receipts) and nothing else unless you explicitly asked for it.
- Only a session cookie — no tracking cookies.
Who processes data for us
PayPal (payments), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and network), and the fantasy platforms you connect (Sleeper, Yahoo). Each receives only what its job requires.
Retention and deletion
- Your data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account in Settings and it’s removed immediately; encrypted backups age out within 14 days.
- You can also request deletion or a copy of your data by emailing [email protected] — honored within 30 days, usually much faster.
