Terms of Service

BlitzGremlin is a fantasy football assistant operated by Robot Mode (San Diego, California). By creating an account or buying a season pass you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

What BlitzGremlin is — and isn’t

  • BlitzGremlin provides informational and entertainment recommendations for fantasy football: draft suggestions, practice drafts, simulated seasons, and (when it ships) weekly lineup, waiver, and trade suggestions.
  • Recommendations are opinions produced by software, including AI models. They come with no guarantee of any outcome — not a win, not a playoff berth, not a single correct call. The gremlin argues; you decide.
  • BlitzGremlin is not gambling advice and is not intended for use in wagering of any kind.
  • BlitzGremlin is read-only: it never makes moves in your league on your behalf.
  • BlitzGremlin is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the NFL, Sleeper, Yahoo, or any fantasy platform.

Your account

  • You sign in with an email address; keep access to that inbox secure — anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
  • You must be at least 18 to purchase a season pass.
  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (automated scraping, attempts to exhaust resources, or unlawful use).

Season pass and payment

  • The season pass is a one-time purchase for the current NFL season (through the fantasy championship, Week 17). No subscription, no auto-renew.
  • Payments are processed by PayPal; we never see your card or account details.
  • Refunds: if BlitzGremlin isn’t for you, refund your season pass yourself from Settings within 7 days of purchase. We ask one question, what didn’t work, and the full amount goes back to the PayPal account that paid. After 7 days, or if something is broken at any time, email [email protected]. Additionally, if the weekly manager has not shipped by September 30, 2026, any pass holder may request a full refund. Deep Read purchases are not refundable (see below).
  • Deep Reads: a Deep Read is a separate one-time purchase, priced on the page that offers it, that buys one written analysis. It is delivered within minutes; if it fails to deliver for any reason on our side, the credit is returned automatically and no further charge is made. Deep Read purchases are otherwise not refundable: each one costs money to produce the moment it runs. The “crystal ball” section of a Deep Read is labelled speculation and is entertainment, not advice.

Third-party platforms and availability

  • League data comes from third-party fantasy platforms (currently Sleeper, with limited Yahoo support). Those platforms can change or interrupt their data access at any time, which can degrade or interrupt BlitzGremlin features. We build for resilience but can’t promise uninterrupted service.
  • We target high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot Mode’s total liability for any claim arising from BlitzGremlin is limited to the amount you paid for your current season pass. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including, for the avoidance of doubt, the outcome of your fantasy season.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
